Ep.05 Jaymie Gerena / Transformational Business Strategist

/ On The Power of Personal Development, Overcoming Limiting Beliefs, And Pursuing Purpose Through Service

At 21 years old, as a single mom to two kids and only $48 to her name, Jaymie Gerena reached her rock bottom low. In her surrender moment to God as she sat crying on her apartment floor, she googled “How to be happy” — and it was in that moment that her transformation journey began. She discovered Tony Robbins and fell into the world of personal development, digesting every book, article, podcast, workshop she could find in an effort to truly find that happiness she was searching for. From those deep life lows came Jaymie’s process of reconnecting with herself and her purpose — now supporting other humans with their own transformations through her powerful coaching business. Jaymie joins Ewelina to share her inspiring story and discuss the ways in which we can sabotage ourselves through our unconscious mind, how to meet ourselves to overcome our biggest obstacles in life and the impact that serving others has had on her own life.
